• Date – Timestamp of the logged event.
• User – The user/system that triggered the action.
• Action – The type of action performed (e.g., manual_review, custom_rule_created).
• Details – JSON-encoded metadata about the action (e.g., verification ID, rule name, or status changes).
• IP Address – The source IP from which the action originated.
